Meals and Excursion

Unfortunately, most of the restaurants on the campus will be closed during our conference, and the capacity of the ones nearby is very limited.

To organize lunches during the conference smoothly, we will therefore need to order boxed meals for the participants in advance. Please, fill in the form below no later than 31 May.

The order is binding. Payment should be made in cash during the registration, see below for prices. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards.

We have a reduced offer for those selecting all (or most) of the meals: 600 SEK for all the meals, including the dinner. But still, please order only the meals that you think you will eat.

If you have an accompanying person please fill in a separate form for her/him.

The conference dinner and the lunch on Thursday will be in the form of buffets, with both vegetarian and no vegetarian options.

Please fill in here if you have any dietary concerns, like allergies. We'll do our best to accommodate them.
